Hi there! I’m Kiki, a LICSW Approved Clinical Supervisor with room for individual supervisees. I absolutely LOVE supervising and mentoring newer clinicians, and those getting their footing within the clinical world.

My style is warm, strength-based, humorous, and relational. I believe in collaboration, clinical skill discovery, and high autonomy within the context of supervision. I will offer interpretations without assuming they are the right ones to stay non-judgmental and curious, join with you in the experience of meeting the gaps in training from graduate school, commiserate over personal struggles and hurdles while practicing, and help forge career development for you.

I have spent 10+ years working with youth and their families via community mental health as well as working with adults on challenging issues of comorbidity and co-occurring mental health struggles. I have been in private practice for 4 years and see a healthy mix of adolescents and adults with a wide range of concerns (anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD, life transitions, grief/loss). I conduct supervision from anti-racism and anti-oppressive frameworks for clinical practice, as well as neurodiversity-affirming.

$110 individual supervision for someone in private practice. I offer sliding scale supervision to folx working in CMH, non-profit, or DSHS/DCYF and to supervisees who have underrepresented identities. All sessions conducted virtually.
